Starseed Oracle Deck Giveaway - Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by AstroOrigins ("Sponsor"), located at 4781 N Congress Ave #1143, Boynton Beach, FL 33426, United States.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry
• Not employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies
• Not immediate family members or household members of such employees

Method of Entry

To enter the Giveaway, visit www.astroorigins.com/giveaway/oracle during the Giveaway Period and:

1. Complete the entry form with your valid email address
2. Agree to these Official Rules
3. Submit the form

You may earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions:

• Complete the Starseed Quiz: Five (5) bonus entries
• Share the Giveaway on social media: Three (3) bonus entries
• Follow @astroorigins on Instagram: Two (2) bonus entries

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) base entry per person per Giveaway Period, regardless of method of entry. Maximum total entries per person per Giveaway Period is eleven (11) entries (1 base + 10 possible bonus entries). Any attempt to obtain more than the stated maximum entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

Prize Description: One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Starseed Oracle 53-card deck and guidebook by Rebecca Campbell
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25.00 USD

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

6. Winner Selection

Within five (5) business days following the end of the Giveaway Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days of the date of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and/or other documents within seven (7) days of being notified. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules
• Any false information provided by any entrant may result in disqualification
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of prize.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor's website at www.astroorigins.com/privacy. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree that Sponsor may use their email address to contact them about the Giveaway and send marketing communications, which entrants may opt out of at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in such communications.

11. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Palm Beach County, Florida having jurisdiction. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

12. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: AstroOrigins Starseed Oracle Giveaway Winner List, 4781 N Congress Ave #1143, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
