No single sign settles it. Most Sirian starseeds recognize themselves in several of these at once, and shrug at the rest.

Sirian Starseed Birthmarks and Body Markings

Sirian starseed marks are usually described as wave-like or circular, sitting near the heart or the head. Tiny clustered dots come up frequently too, and several accounts describe light or silvery patches rather than dark ones.

Water runs through this whole type, so the wave reading gets the most attention. Sirians are the loyal ones, steady, slow to speak and slower still to speak an uncomfortable truth. A mark near the throat gets read as a reminder of whatever they're holding back this time.

A separate line of lore ties Sirian marks to actual star patterns, small constellations mapped onto skin. That one is a stretch, and it's better treated as poetry than as anything you'd act on.
